Our Head Chef, Giuseppe Filocamo has created some great menus with
freshness and local ingredients always at the forefront. We
offer a great range of pub classics that boast flair and
imagination and whether you fancy the famous Talbot 8oz
Homemade Burger or Catch of the day with Braised Fennell, The
Talbot is the place to dine, with something for everyone.
We also have a selection of tasty bar snacks available.
Our menu’s cater for a range of customers including, vegan, diary or gluten free. If you have any questions please speak to a member of staff when booking or contact us now for more information. While our menu’s can be adapted please be aware that our kitchens are not allergen free and there may be cross contaminants.

Lunch
We are open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm Wednesday to Friday where you will find our extensive lunch menu on offer.
We serve Food all day on Saturday and our famous Sunday Lunch (best in Sussex) is served from 12pm till 5pm. Booking on Sunday is highly recommended.
Dinner
We serve dinner from 4.30pm Tuesday-Saturday to include family dining for those with younger children or if you just fancy that after work bite to eat. We serve the best Burgers, Fish and Chips and a great selection of restaurant dishes. (Food served all day Saturday 12.00pm-9.00pm)
The kitchen is open til 8.30pm Tuesday – Thursday and 9.00pm Friday and Saturday.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, although the Pub is open until 9.00pm.
Sunday
Check out our sample Sunday menu, full of your favourite roasts with added Cauliflower Cheese and Pigs in Blankets, always a winner. Booking is HIGHLY recommended, open from 12.00pm till 5.00pm.
